You may place orders online and pay with a credit card at this website. We also accept pre-payments by check and will ship your order upon receipt of payment. We accept purchase orders from government organizations and select private (nonprofit and for profit) organizations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payment of online orders. We also accept pre-payments by check or ACH and will ship your order upon receipt of payment. We accept purchase orders from Federal, State and Local government units and select private organizations. Can I get a Quote for the Products I want to order?
Yes, you can fill out the Quote Request Form on this page. Once you submit it, we’ll prepare a quote and email it to you.
I don’t see the type of STOP THE BLEED® Kits I would like to order - can you customize my order?

What types of shipping do you offer?
Our standard shipping is UPS ground with 3 to 5 business days delivery. We can ship overnight upon request. If you have a UPS or FEDEX account you would like us to use, let our Customer Service Team know.
Can orders be shipped to PO Boxes and APO addresses?
Can I customize my order with co-branding?
- Your organization’s logo can be added to the placard or kits can be custom embroidered with your logo.
- Placard customization is an additional $10 per unit.
- Custom embroidery must be quoted as some logos are more involved to embroider than others.
- Customized orders should be placed via Customer Service so we may coordinate receipt of your logo and printing/embroidering.
- Unfortunately, the contents of kits may not be customized.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
We accept purchase orders, subject to credit underwriting. Generally, all government entities will be approved. Non-profit organizations and for profit companies are reviewed on a case by case basis. Payment terms are Net 30 days upon delivery of the ordered items.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer discounts through periodic special sales. We announce the sales via emails and our social media accounts. We offer bulk discounts for large orders (over $25,000.00).

What is your warranty policy?
We are confident with the items we represent and warrant them free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The items must be used for the intended purpose and cared for in accordance with recommended procedures. This warranty is for the original owner with proof of purchase. Should any product be defective, please contact our Customer Service Team by phone at 1-800-352-4110 or by email at service@StoptheBleedCoalition.org to obtain a return authorization. Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement only.
What is your return policy?
In the event you receive a product that is not what you ordered, or is damaged or defective, you must notify our Customer Service Department within 3 business days of the delivery. Upon your return of the product(s), we will ship the correct or replacement product to you.

Is your website secure?
Absolutely! The e-commerce portion of our site is secured via https. We do not store credit card information and your contact information is only retained in the event there is an issue with your order and to provide you with STOP THE BLEED® information.
Can I use the images on your website to include on my website?
To use any images from our website, you must first obtain permission. To do so, contact our Customer Service Team for a Permission to Republish Form. Our representatives will be happy to assist you with all the details!

STOP THE BLEED® is a national campaign to encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives. It is a public/private partnership led by the Department of Defense and many other stakeholders.
